The Engineer / Technologist provides direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, nationalize and improve [Company] products
- Develop basic and detailed of products as customer specification and internal standards/specifications, including:
- Materials specification, welding and surface treatments
- Prepare product structure (PML and BOM), implementing it in engineering system
- Develop and maintain documentation’s project
- Preparation of the analysis of modes and effects of failure (FMEA) and tree holes
- Establishment of procedures for equipments testing and assembly
- Development of calculations and sizing of the equipment
- Prepare the activities of project (PMS) under eTOPPS
- Participate in meetings on critical analysis of project (basic and detail)
- Participate on equipment’s testing and assembly
- Work with Designers allocated in the project
Qualifications/Requirements
- Graduated in Mechanical or Naval Engineering (1-3 years)
- Intermediate English
- Domain in MS-Office applications including knowledge in MS-Project
- Knowledge in calculating software (Mathcad) and FEA (Ansys Workbench/Design Space)
- Experience in 3D CAD systems (Pro/Engineer, Solidworks, Invento) and 2D (AutoCAD)
- Experience in Oil & Gas industries
