Job Detail:
The position would be clerical support with some experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
 
Responsibilities:
Gathering data from engineers and drafters and entering in ORACLE bills of materials, printing the completed bills, checking for entry errors and possibly verifying that costing is complete.  When not doing this, the individual would help in document control; filing, printing and sending out drawings for customer review and approval and distributing drawings and BOMs to manufacturing for fabrication.
 
Qualifications:
High school graduate; some college is desired with concentration on courses in business practices, typing, business arithmetic, and office machines.
Minimum of two years experience in a secretarial or clerical function is preferred.
Ability to use personal computer.
 
Capable of performing the following essential physical demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds from floor to waist
Must be able to perform single-handed carry up to 15 pounds
Must be able to perform two-handed carry up to 35 pounds
Must be able to operate motor vehicles with valid drivers license
Must be able to walk between office, warehouse, and yard.
Depth perception
Color vision/perception
Hearing of sounds and speech within normal frequency/range
Must be able to communicate in written and oral form
 
Complexity of tasks:
Capable of performing a variety of manual assignments/tasks as defined by  the critical demands of the job.
 
Critical Demands of Job:
Occasionally 1 - 33% of the day, in an 8 hour work day
Frequently 34 - 66% of the day, in an  8 hour work day
Constantly 67 - 100% of the day, in an 8 hour work day
 
Sitting Frequently    On concrete surfaces

Ability to follow directions working from verbal instructions, working independently with minimal supervision.
