This is your chance to join [Company] based in Singapore as our Sales Manager for Malaysia and Brunei. This is an exciting, and significant growth opportunity, for an accomplished sales professional within the oil and gas sector.
Essential Responsibilities
Based in our Singapore office, and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for APA, based in Singapore, you will be responsible for:
- Malaysia and Brunei markets specifically but also focused on key target projects across the region
- Leading and strategically growing our full scope of [Company] drilling products and services across land, offshore and subsea equipment.
- Managing existing accounts; with national oil companies and independents, you’ll also be accountable for increasing market share, driving pricing and setting margins.
- Lead client presentations with customers
- Identifying, promoting and exploiting sales opportunities in the region and developing client relationships.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A proven background in the oil & gas industry and also have had a minimum of 5 years in preferably a similar sales role
- Previous drilling operational expertise
- Excellent written and oral skills and confidence with client presentations
- To be technically strong and preferably with an engineering qualification or degree
- Sound business acumen and well developed interpersonal skills
