Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Sr. Salesforce.com Administrator to join the team.
The Sr. Salesforce.com Administrator will be responsible for the health and welfare of [Company]’s CRM Application, SalesForce.com. Within this scope, essential duties include but are not limited to working to remove and control duplicates, improve and maintain data integrity, support users, and help define and execute a plan to improve the user experience, promote adoption, and monitor and improve policies and compliance. This position works closely with the Director of Sales Engagement to identify, assess, and scope change initiatives which improve insight, ease of use for sales professionals, and prepare to expand our use of the platform. To be successful in this role, the Administrator will need to be able to perform data integrity and support operations through the selection of appropriate tools, policies and processes. Growth in the role will require the Administrator to assess the evolving needs of the sales, account management, partner and management users and apply experience and insight to propose high-value changes to the system, processes, and policies.
Qualified candidates MUST possess the following:
Clear, concise written and verbal communication, rapid rapport building, attention to system health, and strong listening skills are required.
A college degree in business, technology, programming, math or equivalent experience in business or technical field is required.
3 years of CRM administration, CRM management, or CRM business data analysis experience is required.
1 or more years of direct responsibility for such activities using SalesForce.com is required.
General business and financial acumen are required.
Preferred qualifications include:
Experience related to enterprise software, software deployments, software development, and process improvement is strongly preferred.
