Job Description:
- Project Contracting Specialist position provides major project contracting expertise in support of Drilling and Exploration and other [Company]affiliates.
- The position will cover capital project Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contract strategy and development, maintenance and stewardship of EPC agreements for worldwide [Company] Downstream and other affiliates.
- Other responsibilities include contract administration, procurement guidance to [Company] Project Teams, participation in a corporate project contracting network and occasional loan-outs to affiliate organizations to develop spot EPC project contracts.
