This client has actively grown their exploration interest to include assets within [Location]. Their long term strategy is to provide LNG to the Asia Pacific region
To meet the long term strategy of the company, they require the services of an enterprising Geophysicist to join their operations.
You will be looked upon to:
· Apply sound structural geology and seismic interpretation expertise
· Integrate geophysical data to aid reservoir characterization
· Maintain geophysical models (structural and/or stratigraphic) and prepare integrated seismic interpretations in assigned areas/fields
· Undertake volumetric calculations to fully understand reservoir risks and uncertainties
· Work with operational teams and assist in the drilling process
It is envisaged that you are a tertiary qualified oil & gas professional with demonstrated experience within a reputable exploration and production company. You MUST have at least 5-10 years of solid interpretation experience and be able to think outside the square. You will be part of a small yet very experienced team of individual who you can benchmark and learn from
