Reports to: Human Resources
Position Summary:
Greets and directs visitors, answers and routes all incoming telephone calls, performs clerical functions as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Greets and assists all visitors to the facility in a courteous and professional manner
Answers and routes incoming telephone calls. Locates employees and/or takes messages appropriate. Distributes messages in a timely manner
Performs various clerical duties as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
Ensures that visitors and guests sign in and out of visitor log
Maintains schedule of use of all Conference rooms in the Administration building.
Performs data entry as needed.
Creates correspondence as needed.
Education and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Use of multi-line telephone system
Specific Work Background/Experience:
3-5 years experience in previous administrative setting with similar responsibilities.
Desired:
Must past applied test with passing scores to support knowledge of subject.
Special Requirements/Additional Comments:
Ability to read, write and speak and understand basic English
Customer/Employee Relationship Skills
Physical Strain:
Must be able to work under pressure
