Overview:
[Employer] Energy Ltd. is a premier, [Employer] -focused, light oil exploration and production company targeting resource plays that offer growth and high netbacks. Our current opportunity inventory combines significant, high-growth, long-life [Employer] reserves and production with legacy southeast Saskatchewan conventional light oil assets which provide high netbacks and a low production decline profile.
In addition, [Employer] has significant future development opportunities in the Horn River and Montney gas resource plays in northeast British Columbia that will add long term value and production growth to [Employer] attractive light oil position. [Employer] large undeveloped land position provides a significant platform for future growth.
Human Resources Analyst
- Reporting to the VP Human Resources you will work with the HR team team to develop and execute initiatives in the areas of recruitment, compensation, employee relations, policy development, performance development, and training.
- The successful candidate will possess a strong customer service orientation, be highly approachable, and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
- You have a university degree combined with a minimum of 5 years generalist human resources experience.
- Oil and gas experience will be considered an asset.
