Field Supervisor has the overall responsibility for the daily planning and execution of operations for [Company] product line within cased hole intervention; Wireline, Logging, Tractor and Tractor Applications. The position is closely tied to our customer’s organisation.
This position will be reporting to the Key Account Manager - Denmark
Your responsibility and work field involves:
- HSE
- Daily operational responsibility for all offshore operations
- Coordinate equipment and personnel for customer operations
- Point of contact for operation planning in Aker Well Service
- Outcome- and budget responsibility
- Sale of [Company] services and products towards customer
- Contract follow-up
- Contribute towards monthly and quarterly meetings with customer
- Co-worker development
We emphasise the following qualities:
- Engineering degree or equal (relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education)
- Minimum 3 years drilling or well experience
- Offshore experience
- God HSE knowledge and a brilliant attitude towards HSE.
- Extrovert, flexible and positive to new challenges
- Organized and reliable
- Customer drive
- Language: Good knowledge of English
