Work Tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Assist Commodity Lead with Engineering expediting, Enquiries and establishment of PO’s.
- Expedite and follow up Purchase Orders (PO)
- Review Supplier Status Reports
- Expedite supplier documentation, internal and external
- Create expediting report when necessary
- Accomplish Close out of Purchase Orders
- Assist buyers in invoice approval
- Assist and act as deputy for Material Planner
Education and Experience:
- Organizational and / or commercial education (Education requirements can be substituted by experience from working life, i.e. economic, expediting, procurement or other relevant activities)
- Good verbal and written language skills (English as a minimum, Norwegian preferable)
- General knowledge in MS Office and/or ERP systems, preferably SAP
Personal Qualities:
- Ability to be a team player and work independently
- Systematic and analytical
- High integrity and ethical values
- Good communication skills
