Job Description:
Responsible for all treasury functions of the Company, including both short and long-term financial activities, bank relations, and daily cash management.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for daily cash management.
Responsible for all cash movement and transfers between depository, cash concentration, and disbursement accounts.
Responsible for initiating or reviewing all wire transfers and ACH credit transfers.
Responsible for preparation or review of all bank reconciliations, including unit depository accounts.
Implement appropriate systems and management tools to assist treasury functions.
Special projects and research as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience / Qualifications:
High School Graduate and three to five years related experience required. Some finance/accounting college courses preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Ability to take care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.
Ability to demonstrate conduct conforming to a set of values and accepted standards.
Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers.
Skills & Abilities
Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior general accounting experience and familiarity with JD Edwards preferred.
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of bank products/services required. Previous experience with JPMorgan access preferred.
