With a focus on Subsea Engineering, the core responsibility of the Flow Assurance Engineer role will be to provide technical expertise to the Flow Assurance Engineering group within the detailed engineering design of projects.
Involved in all phases of the detailed engineering services, the Flow Assurance Engineer will undertake steady state and transient analysis for Subsea Production Systems with Flow Assurance issues such as:
· Hydrates Wax / paraffin Asphalteness Scale Requirements
As this role is a Senior role and involved with the engineering and analyses during phases from Conceptual, Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, to Installation, the successful candidate must have the following:
· Minimum of 7 years experience in the Subsea Oil and Gas industry.
· Sound knowledge of Systems Engineering / Subsea Systems Engineering, Oil and Gas, and Subsea System Design.
· Tertiary education in a relevant engineering discipline.
· Demonstrable record of specialist engineering.
· Ability to work with clients and colleagues in an open and professional environment with proven results.
· Required software skills are PIPESIM, OLGA, HYSYS, and PRO II.
