Seasoned company is seeking a Petroleum Engineer to join their team in northern Texas. Client is a private firm specializing in direct investments in mature oil and gas assets. Operations background is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing day to day operation of a set of assets
- Analyze lease operating expenses
- Monitoring and remedying well failures
- Implementing chemical programs
- Negotiating service contracts
- Budgeting and implementing capital programs
- Managing asset performance including production volumes, reservoir analysis and project implementation
Requirements:
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Highly organized and reliable
- Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering or comparable
- Six to ten years of experience required
