General Duties:
This is an administrative support position that reports directly to the Projects Accounting Supervisor. Responsible for processing payroll information for the client, and other payroll functions. Also responsible for processing equipment usage costs for invoicing. Must have good cost analysis and math/accounting skills for reconciling capital/expense and cost/revenue reports. Responsible for having strong knowledge of employee benefits and act as liaison between home office and craft and staff. Must demonstrate ability to use a variety of software programs including MS Word, Excel, Access, Ominus, and/or e-mail. Must have excellent organizational skills in maintaining accounting information and confidential employee information. Must have knowledge of standard office equipment such as photocopiers, facsimiles, personal computers, and telephone systems.
Experience Needed:
Prefer two or more years experience preparing invoices, payroll, and equipment usage costs. Two or more years of related experience and/or training;
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
Must have high school and some college is preferred. Must have a valid drivers license.
