General Duties:
Skilled project scheduling position which reports to the Senior Project Control Engineer. Responsible for providing planning and scheduling services to Kuparuk construction management. Primary output will be the construction schedules, and associated reports, used by various AES work teams. Secondary responsibility is to provide information to the client program scheduler to assure continuity in the planning effort. Will work closely with craft discipline superintendents to ensure proper job logic. Must work independently and have strong computer skills with Primavera P3e and/or P5 for creating/loading activities with man-hours, making global changes, and developing coding structures. Will also be working with MS 2007 Project scheduling software (which is shortly to be implemented) to provide integrated scheduling for Construction Maintenance groups. Must understand prioritization of safety, quality, production, and work accordingly. Must have a service oriented attitude and effectively interface with a wide variety of personalities.
Experience Needed:
2 + years full-time experience with Primavera P3e and/or P5 software. 2 + years experience and/or training in oil field construction processes. Familiarity with MS Project scheduling software is desirable. Arctic experience is also desirable.
Education/Certifications/Licenses:
This position requires applicants to have a valid driver's license. All successful applicants will be required to sign a Release of Information form and pass a driving record background check as a condition of employment. ASRC Energy Services' driving record policy can be reviewed at [Company] North Slope Training Co-operative (NSTC) Safety Training is preferred. All candidates that do not already possess an NSTC training card must successfully complete NSTC training that is provided during the orientation process as a condition of employment.
