Our D.T. client is within the oil & gas industry and have operations located in Canada and the United States. They are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a one year contract position.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Answering phones and taking customer orders over the phone for chemical orders
- Inputting orders into the in house system
- Follow up and act as a liaison with the warehouse
- Invoicing customers using SAP
- Receive, review, and enter customer information into key accounts
- Write procedures and assist in the establishment of department policies
- Participate in the training of customer service personnel
- Manage multiple product line(s) with multiple entity support
- Special projects as assigned
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications;
- 3+ years experience within the oil & gas sector
- 2-3 years experience with inside sales
- Stable work history; not a lot of movement on the resume
- Intermediate - senior MS Word and Excel skills
- Experience using SAP
- Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal supervision
- Proficient in order entry software
- Knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories within the oil & gas industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma
