The consultant will provide Project Management expertise with BI for a large Gas/oil organization. The BI Program Manager must have a successful track record of delivering mission critical enterprise programs and managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. Consultant must have expertise in delivering large complex Enterprise Information Management solutions in the Oil & Gas domain, including data modeling, business information modeling, related infrastructure, design, architecture implementation, and program management functions.
Requirements:
- Must have exp 5-10+ yrs exp BI program management exp of Information Delivery solutions within GAS/OIL/ENERGY SECTOR { This includes Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Information Quality, Information Governance and Stewardship }
- Must have strong, experienced resource to structure and monitor the activities and deliverables of each project. The Program Manager will be responsible for outlining the preliminary components for tracking and controlling the Information Management Program.
- Experience working with technical teams, business analysts and process subject matter experts across various IT disciplines and geographies.
- Implementation of best practice standards in project delivery management and governance.
- Competence in The Program Manager Role requires the following capabilities:

- Experience with implementation of PPDM a plus
- Must be able manage client expectations and communicate project requirements and schedule to all necessary client and our stakeholders
- Ability to balance and move multiple high priority items to timely completion
- Proficient technical writing skills
- Good communication skills (colleagues, suppliers, other admin depts.)
- Conflict resolution skills
- Must have expert use/knowledge of Microsoft Project
- PMP Certification is Huge plus
- Facilitate meetings with a variety of stakeholders, including executives, transition leadership team members, and technical resources
- Coordinate with ---- and client content providers and other subject matter experts (SME) to identify governance (cross-organizational) level processes
- Coordinate with our technical and non-technical resources to facilitate completion of project milestones
- Develop project planning tools
- Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator
- Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project
