An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cost Controller to join a leading integrated engineering solutions consultancy. They are currently seeking a competent professional to join them in Perth to service a developing portfolio of projects.
Reporting to the Lead Cost Controller, you will be responsible for the provision of hands-on cost management services. You will maintain the cost control function in a timely fashion along with helping to develop a cost conscious environment. In addition you will provide suitably phased cost forecasts to facilitate fiscal spending, offer cost control support and advice to Discipline Leaders and Project Management, and ensure adherence to project change control processes and budget in line with project scope.
To secure this role, formal qualifications in Accounting or other relevant area will be highly regarded. You will have a minimum of 3 years solid experience as a Cost Controller in an EPCM or Oil and Gas environment. The ability to analyse and work autonomously plus excellent interpersonal skills are essential.
