Description:
[Company] Information Technology provides technical services to the global [Company] network.
 
In this position, you will be a team member on a cross-functional enterprise infrastructure operations team that supports the Billings / Rockies region.
 
Responsibilities:
The Infrastructure Support Analyst may be responsible for:
  • Administrating and supporting the Microsoft Windows server environment.
  • Managing permissions as the site Microsoft OU Administrator.
  • Solving problems with network applications.
  • Monitoring for server hardware failures.
  • Managing the Microsoft security patches for the server environment.
  • Handling technically complex desktop support issues.
  • Implementing and supporting various systems used by multiple business unit partners.
  • Frequent interaction with multiple GIS support team personnel in Bartlesville and Houston.
  • Managing small to medium projects for the region.
  • Providing backup support for the WAN/LAN environment.
 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Three years of direct experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Operating Systems.
  • Three years of direct experience in administrating a site organizational unit using Microsoft Active Directory.
 
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science.
  • Three years direct experience in Visual Basic Scripting.
  • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer on Windows 2000 Server or Server 2003.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of technologies including: WAN/LAN, COE Desktop, Core Business Applications, and Desktop Products.
  • Ability to give presentations to small or medium size groups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with direct customer interaction.
  • Ability to work well with local and global teams.
  • Willingness to continually learn.
  • Ability to champion change.
