Description:
Incumbent will perform a Project Leadership role being responsible for the implementation of SAP financial, HR and Procurement processes in the discipline areas of Finance and Auditing for the COP joint venture in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Must be able to work under the pressure of agreed upon deadlines and assume a very determined approach to project leadership.
Must be able to also manage the contributions of other subject matter experts in this discipline.
Required to have considerable experience in SAP project leadership especially in the areas of Financial, HR and Procurement processes.
Must have a proven track record in working in a diverse international environment and must possess appropriate skills to interface successfully with COP and Joint Venture personnel.
Qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in the United States
B. S. Degree in Accounting or Finance
Project leadership experience and implementation of SAP in diverse international locations
Must be willing to live and work in the Middle East
15+ years Functional discipline expertise in Accounting, Finance or Auditing
5 years experience implementing SAP for petroleum industry companies
Preferred:
5 -10 year's International experience in Leadership roles in Finance or SAP Project Leadership
5-10 years experience in COP SAP systems in the Financial and Auditing Areas
Multi cultural assignments in non US countries in dealing with partners and joint ventures
Proven track record in dealing with deadlines and compressed schedules in subject areas
