Job Description:
Coordinate and supervise field engineering job assignments for job coverage and efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate Field Engineer's development and progress.
Determine training needs of Field Engineers and report to upper management.
Insure all surface equipment is properly maintained and tracked for maximum utilization.
Prioritize repair work to insure complete utilization of equipment.
Maintain and accurate tool run history and tool performance history.
Collect and distribute documentation that pertains to the tools and reliability and product support to all shop and field personnel.
Prepare monthly reports on current job activity.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of field or shop experience, preferably in a supervisory position
Able to delegate work effectively
Good communication skills
Good computer skills
Preferred:
Two year technical degree or equivalent
Special Requirements:
The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations.
