The job exists to deal with all transport issues including transportation of vehicles to service centers, periodical inspection of operation assigned vehicles, delivery pigs, provide support to pig technicians during pigging operation.
Delivery of consumables and spares to pump stations. Inventory control on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
To accommodate/ transport of visitors to WREP stations.
Key accountabilities
- To maintain timely delivery of consumables and spare parts.
- To provide inventory control of materials and spares on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Cary out inspections of WREP operation assigned vehicles on a weekly/monthly basis and report any deviation.
- To provide transportation of pigs and its spares to pump station. Provide support to pig technicians during pigging operation.
- Permit Control. If authorized, manage work permits within his role and responsibilities.
- Take action to deal with emergency situations including fire fighting and rescue (within his competence) and (tier 1/ 2) oils spill clean up.
- In the event of an emergency, carry out such duties as identified in the emergency response procedure or as directed by site management
- Handle chemicals and hazardous materials with care and in accordance with task based chemical risk assessment.
- Participation at WREP Az. assigned vehicles audit – as per schedule.
Essential criteria & qualifications
- Azerbaijani citizenship
- Minimum 3 years experience in oil production plant operation.
- Valid (B category) driving license with clear records.
Desirable criteria & qualifications
- Ganja-Yevlach-Ujar residents
- English elementary skilled
