Key Responsibilities:
- Sequence stratigraphy, basin analysis, geological mapping
- Identifying exploration areas and produce maps for drilling
- Generate 3D geological models
- Developing existing production fields, including 3D reservoir modelling
- Development of younger staff
Requirements:
- Degree in Geology or equivalent
- Minimum of 8 years in interpretation and mapping
- Supermajor experience is preferred but not essential
- 2D and 3D seismic
- Knowledge of Petrel is essential
- Western Desert and multi-national experience is a bonus
