Job Description:
- Supervise the monitoring and control of natural gas flow volumes with purchasers, pipelines and well ownership from multiple producing regions.
- Review and administer gas sales and transportation documents (contracts, notices and invoices) for accuracy and compliance.
- Schedule and monitor gas volumes on a monthly, daily and hourly basis using electronic bulletin boards, internet, fax or other method between all applicable parties, on multiple pipelines from various producing regions.
- Evaluate and reduce pipeline imbalances daily with minimal penalty assessment.
- Work with pipelines, purchasers and other departments to mitigate or eliminate penalties, should they occur.
- Track and evaluate pipeline maintenance schedules for impact on gas flow.
- Notify field, purchasers, ownership and others as needed.
- Take appropriate action as needed for the circumstances (i.e., re-route gas, re-schedule gas, etc.) to optimize deliveries and revenue.
- Review and approve monthly transportation and gathering invoices, evaluating for contract compliance and accuracy.
- Review gas sales/transportation agreements, amendments and confirmations as needed for accuracy and compliance.
- Review gas pipeline tariffs for pertinent or applicable language impacting gas sales or transportation.
- Obtain pipeline transportation (i.e., pools, I-T agreements, etc.) as needed for gas flow.
- Resolve problems or answer questions associated with gas scheduling and/or contracts with applicable parties on an as-needed basis.
- Prepare monthly price/volume summaries for other departments and companies outlining agreed upon arrangements for specific properties or areas.
- Additional projects as needed (i.e., area pipeline evaluations, etc.)

Details Specific to this Job:
- Minimum 8 years industry experience with majority in natural gas marketing (i.e., scheduling, contracts, accounting).
- Must be fluent in the gas scheduling processes for multiple pipelines in various producing regions
- Proficient in MS Excel, remedial ability in MS Word and Internet experience.
- Bachelors degree preferably Marketing, Business, Accounting or Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
