Description:
[Employer] is currently seeking EMTs and Paramedics to work in the Fort McMurray area from December 2009 until April 2010. We also have other positions available. Please view our other ad on the [Employer] website.
Schedule: Variable rotations available – 14 days on, 14 days off or 21 days on, 7 days off. 12 hour day shifts or 12 hour nights.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care for sick or injured workers on the worksite as per scope of practice
- Clean and inspect vehicle and medical equipment
- Represent On.Site Advanced Medical Services in a positive manner by providing excellent customer service and professionalism
- Ensure all paperwork is completed, organized, and submitted
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures
- Drive to and from work sites in a safe and courteous manner
- Required to work and live on remote worksites
Qualifications:
- Registered with the Alberta College of Paramedics
- Valid drivers license (must provide driver’s abstract)
- H2S certification
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry as it applies to medical company operations is an asset
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
- PST, WHMIS, and TDG training provided upon hire
