Job Description
Responsible for day-to-day facility operations which include: Safety, Quality, P&L, Manufacturing, Assembly, Production, Inventory Control, and Engineering.
Monitor and manage Profit/Loss statement for the organization. Develop, recommend, and implement annual strategic manufacturing plans and budgets. Ensure organizational compliance to all governmental and company policies and directives, with specific focus on local, state, and federal environmental and EEOC, ADA, FLSA regulations. Responsible for driving sis sigma, 5S, lean initiatives throughout facility. Accountable for the safety of the facility by ensuring established safety,health and environmental policies/procedures contribute to promoting a safe work environment. Accountable for quality of products and services, and operational performance as it pertains to cost control, customer service, inventory management and capital assets.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
B.S. in Industrial Engineering; Industrial Technology; Business Management. Eight (8) plus year’s management experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for scheduling, staffing, and financial budgets/accountability. Must have experience in customer relations and possess good people skills. Demonstrated leadership skills in the area of operational and or facility management; Understanding of manufacturing and quality control processes; SAP business software; Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge
