Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: ASSISTING MASTER BLACK BELT(S) WHO LEAD AND MANAGE SIX SIGMA PROJECT PORTFOLIOS IN ORDER TO ACCOMPLISH MEASURABLE BUSINESS IMPROVEMENTS; EMPLOYING SIX SIGMA METHODOLOGY AND ANALYTICS INTO ORGANIZATIONAL OPERATIONS TO ACCOMPLISH BUSINESS OBJECTIVES; PERFORMING BUSINESS RISK ANALYSIS, FAILURE MODE AND EFFECTS ANALYSIS; TEACHING GREEN BELT COURSES AND MENTORING GREEN BELT PROJECTS; LEADING MANAGEMENT OF CHANGE (MOC) IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES; AND PROVIDING ACCURATE COST/SCHEDULE ESTIMATES AND VALUE ANALYSIS.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT OR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING AND 2 TO 5 YEARS IN JOB OFFERED OR 5 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE IN THE OIL INDUSTRY OR INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY.
ALTERNATE MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS:
MASTER’S DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT OR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING AND ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE IN JOB OFFERED OR ONE (1) YEAR RELATED EXPERIENCE IN THE OIL INDUSTRY OR INDUSTRIAL/MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
