Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: DEVELOPING WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURES FOR UPCOMING PROJECTS; ASSISTING PROPOSAL TEAM TO PREPARE BIDS; CREATING AND MAINTAINING DETAILED PROJECT SCHEDULES BASED ON WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURE, WITH TASK DEFINITIONS, DEPENDENCIES BETWEEN ACTIVITIES, DELIVERABLES AND MILESTONE DATES; COLLECTING AND COLLATING PROGRESS INFORMATION AND STATUS TO UPDATE THE PROJECTS SCHEDULE AND REPORTING TO CUSTOMER AND PROJECT TEAM; RESEARCHING AND REPORTING ON DELAYED ACTIVITIES AND PROPOSING REMEDIAL ACTIONS TO ACCELERATE PROGRESS; UNDERTAKING PROJECT COORDINATION ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF PROJECT MANAGERS; AND PERFORMING DOCUMENT CONTROL FUNCTIONS TO TRACK ENGINEERING DELIVERABLES AND PROGRESS OF ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications
MASTER’S DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR ONE (1) YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT. IN LIEU OF A MASTER’S DEGREE AND ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE, WILL ACCEPT A BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING OR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND FIVE (5) YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE JOB OFFERED OR FIVE (5) YEARS EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT PLANNING AND PROCUREMENT.
