Job Description
1. Performs detailed planning/scheduling activities for compliance to contract requirements and internal reporting analysis requirements.
2. Prepare technical reports according to applicable project requirements, internal requirements and client contract requirements
3. Assist Project management team in preparation of all Project Controls reports including but not limited to scheduling updates and analysis, progress reporting and various internal and external reporting for management.
4. Drafts accurate and timely reports and correspondence to the project team as required.
5. Works directly with the Project Manager and Project team Members to identify and resolve problems in the area of technical expertise.
6. Communicates and assists in preparation of all project related reports to ensure the requirements of the clients will be met in a timely fashion.
7. Implements and maintains Company Quality System requirements relative to responsibilities.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications
1) High School graduate or equivalent.
2) Experience in inventory control techniques, manufacturing
processes. 0-2 years
3) Experience with Primavera including version 6.1 SAP Microsoft Project
