This ASX listed organisation has enjoyed tremendous success since its inception in the Perth Oil & Gas market and has since expanded globally. Due to a restructure and centralisation of the accounts function in the groups subsidiaries, the client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables professional to come on board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Divisional Accountant, you will be performing primarily yet not limited to the following duties;
- Implement policies and procedures within a new centralised accounts function
- Draft and raise invoices
- Maintain sales register
- Process invoices
- Manage the debtors WIP
- Prepare debtors report and other ad hoc queries
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum five years Accounts Receivable experience in a large corporate
- Show initiative and ability to manage the AR function and create process and procedures
- Strong systems experience
- Down to earth personality
