Client:
This company has capitalised on its already strong relationships to pick up some massive projects in WA
Role:
To hit the ground running there is a requirement for a Safety Advisor to drive a zero harm culture on this project.
You will be expected to:
Be hands on mentoring staff on ground
Assist staff with JSA's and Take 5's
Conduct regular site assessments and assist with site audits
Conduct inductions, prestart and toolbox talks
Report and investigate on incidents and report on ways to improve
Experience:
You will need to have a relevant OHS tertiary qualification and 5+ years hands on OHS experience in civil construction projects.
