Job Description:

Summary of position:
Responsible for obtaining required shipping information and shipping release for orders missing required shipping information.
Specific Duties:
On a daily basis review the H09 and beyond report for the MRO orders.
Verify all required shipping information is in the order in Cincom. If anything is missing, contact the customer for required information.
Work closely with shipping personnel to obtain weights and dimensions for specific shipments and send this information to the customer when required to obtain shipping information and release.
Qualifications:
High school diploma.
Knowledge of manufacturing software and order processing systems.
Excellent PC skills, excellent customer focus, time management skills.
Familiar with trade compliance requirements for export orders
