Job description
The preparation and development of all documents in view of the Project contracts and purchase order award with respect to the Project procedures and objectives.
- Participate to the preparation of the contractual strategy;
- Prepare and update when necessary in co ordination with the legal advisor the Project general terms and conditions (particular attention to insurance). Prepare any type of Contract which may be necessary by the supervision team (Frame Agreement, Purchase order…)
- Organise and manage pre-qualification and CFT stages for all commitments according to project procedures.
- Participate to the evaluation of bids.
- Supervise claims, change orders negotiations.
- Ensure smooth contracts / P.O.’s administration.
- Prepare activity reports and relevant statistics for Project Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 year of experience in a similar position
- Fluent English and French
- Experience in oil and gas
