Experience and Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent technical subject
- Technically strong in Production Technology with good all-round knowledge of other PE disciplines
- Strong leadership skills; experience in effectively leading multidisciplinary teams, demonstrating strong skills as a team player and in influencing others.
- Effective communicator, experienced & effective coach/mentor, strategic thinker & change agent
- 15+ years in the oil & gas industry with at least 10 years relevant experience in integrated surface and subsurface surveillance and optimization activities.
Excellent working knowledge of
- Well surveillance techniques (including well reviews)
- Artificial lift surveillance operations
- Design and management of Surveillance and Optimization Work Flows.
- Surveillance tools (Prosper, GAP, Pipesim, Hysis, Production Universe, Winglue)
- Surface production de-bottlenecking
- Production Measurements
- Excellent facilitation skills are required. Ability to motivate, supervise and lead a multidisciplinary team without any reporting relationship is a key requirement.
- A self starter with a go-get attitude under minimum supervision
Principle Accountabilities
- Work Flow Design and Management
- Design KPI’s for the IPO activities, integrated into the Fahud cluster KPI's
- Define and report KPI for IPO activities; ensure follow-up
- Ensure the Fahud IPM model (GAP and Prosper) is kept live!
- Eanble team to implement Integrated Production Optimisation activities
- Facilitate and manage a multi disciplinary team in IPO activities (Petroleum, Process, Metering Engineers, Programmers). Work closely with operations, engineering, well engineering, well services and other Service Providers and Contractors to optimize production from the existing asset (reservoir, wells and surface facilities)
