Description
Manage operations for the Altamont Field in the Western Division. The position will be responsible for production budgeting and performance, O&M budgeting & performance, G&A budgeting & performance, capital budgeting & performance, construction and production operations. The position will be responsible for their EH&S program and achieving EPEP safety & environmental goals.
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of management experience in domestic onshore operations.
- The person will have worked multiple fields in multiple basins with production and construction responsibilities.
- The candidate will have demonstrated expertise in workover operations, artificial lift, process engineering, PSM, and production operations.
- The candidate will be able to align their operating areas to company established business goals and empower decision making (within the DOA) to those individuals working for them.
