Description
We are seeking to fill the position of Production Manager for the Rockies District, which is part of [Company] Western Division. The position will be based in Denver. The individual filling the position will be responsible for all production activities within Western's Altamont, Utah and Gillette, Wy operation. The individual will lead efforts to optimize the profitability of field operations and costs; supervise the activities of all production operation personnel and their subordinate employees. Individual will need to have a strategic focus on maximizing value from an 62 MMCFD that has an active drilling and recompletions program. The position will be responsible for developing and overseeing administration of major plans, policies and programs for the continued development and operation of the asset at maximum profitability levels; confer and review with subordinates regarding operating problems, gathering system, compression, electrical distribution system, engineering plans as well as any other operating decisions. Position will oversee AFE`s, formulate operating budgets, development plans and approve contracts or agreements for services.
Position will report to the General Manager of Production in Houston, Texas.
Qualifications
Position requirements:
- 10+ years experience in field operations
- Engineering Degree preferred
- Capability to manage all aspects of a regional production operation
- Prior management experience preferred
