Position Duties / Responsibilities 
 
  • Performs a variety of Human Resources support activities; implements, monitors and evaluates progress or results of Human Resources policies and programs.
  • Responsible for tasks involving the skill to develop sound, practical solutions where guidelines are defined.
 
This position will be responsible for coordinating the travel requirements for all employees located in [Location], Angola. The position will also perform a variety of personnel support activities; including setting up interviews, providing information to employees; maintaining personnel files, etc. as requested.
 
  • Coordinate with travel agent all flights for project personnel from[Location] . Will provide daily report of all confirmed flights.
  • Coordinate with [Location] office meet & greet and accommodation requirements for travelers.
  • Prepare daily and weekly travel log reports with itineraries received from various sources on in-coming and out-going employees, vendor reps and subcontractors.
  • Track the approval process of travel authorization and communicate with the employee once they have been approved.
  • Coordinate with on-site travel agency all employees needing international flights arranged.
 
The follow positions duties will not be the main responsibility of the position but candidate should have the skills to perform the tasks as directed:
  • Processes new hires, incoming transfers, transfers to other locations terminations; prepares human resources status documents; maintains necessary human resources records for project employee files.
  • Provides counsel to employees having work related problems.
  • Coordinates the duties included in preparing badges for all personnel requiring access to site
  • Coordinates with the travel and transportation subcontractor all travel needs of the project.
  • Setups up interview and refers candidates or advises employees of current policies, procedures or practices.
  • Collects, assembles and analyses data or information for personnel reports.
  • Performs translation services as required.
  • Conducts the HR Orientation for new arrivals to the project.
