Description
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Contract Administrator/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the effective co-ordination and administration of Space Rental contracts, from receipt of approved project paperwork through to project completion.
Responsibilities
- Provides timely and accurate communications on with customers and internal departments on all aspects of a project
- Negotiates extra work and ensures that it is documented, approved and invoiced on a timely basis
- Reviews contract documentation for completeness and accuracy to ensure quality products are provided to customers
- Monitors costing information
- Performs monthly account reconciliation
- Coordinates field service calls with third party factories and/or service sub-contractors
- Handles a high volume of phone and mail inquiries
- File maintenance
- Performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- Business diploma or degree
- Previous Administrative experience
- Experience in the Construction industry is considered an asset
- Excellent organization, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain excellent client relationships
