Job Responsibilities:
Support of appropriate marketing and business development activities to support business initiatives
Proactively develop and support client engagement strategies
Conducting market research and analysis
Communicating the firm's image and objectives
Tradeshow, event management and corresponding participation
Participation in industry/media/civic events
Format and content for promotional materials
Support internal client needs
Tailor promotional materials and newsletters to target audiences
Managing Golder's brand image
Web site maintenance
Supporting technical and customer services teams
Qualify, interview, and select vendors and consultants
Awards programs, submission guidelines, and deadlines
Corporate entertainment strategies and special events planning
Assist with client sector specific marketing initiatives
Identify new opportunities
Job Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Business or related area
5 plus years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment;
Exceptional creative writing and editing skills;
Excellent organisational skills
Strong in Microsoft Office software;
Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
Ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Solid technical skills
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Strong people skills and an ability to work in a team environment
