Experience/Qualifications
Education
Ideal candidates posses a post-secondary diploma or degree as the basis of their formal education. Specific formal sales training has also been completed during previous employment.
Sales
Ideal candidates have several years of direct selling experience. This experience includes:
· Solution Selling techniques
· Communication and presentation skills
· Technical product/service aptitude
· Independent worker
· Acceptable office/computer skills
Industry
Ideal candidates have detailed working knowledge of producers and midstream companies in Western Canada’s energy industry. Candidates will be able to demonstrate this knowledge as it pertains to our customer’s operations and finance organizations as well as their field and head-office deployment.
Expectations
Travel
CCES Account Executives are expected to travel as required to meet the obligations of their sales targets and territory. Travel is required to support sales (prospecting, qualifying power sponsor, etc) and marketing (trade shows, direct/regional events, etc).
Training
CCES provides specific training tailored to the needs of the individual. Our training is a combination of internal and external programs. Sales and product training are considered an ongoing requirement as new products/services are deployed and new solutions are defined.
