Client Services Analyst, Tier 3
- You are client services-oriented and can provide infrastructure, servers, and software support.
- The successful candidate will lead projects and support Tier 1/Tier 2 analysts that maintain the day-to-day operations of the company (software, procurement, hardware, network, user accounts, Citrix, email, and internet connectivity).
- You will work with users (troubleshoot and solve issues) and ensure all applications, network and servers are maintained, up-to-date, and stable.
- You must be able to work under minimum supervision.
- Documentation skills are essential including the ability to generate reports and summarize project outlines.
To qualify for this position, you have a college diploma or degree in the field of Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- A thorough understanding of Windows XP Professional; Windows 2000 and 2003 Server administration; Exchange 2003; BES; Active Directory; DNS and DHCP are required.
- VMware and Citrix certifications and SharePoint experience will be considered an asset.
- You also have excellent oral and written communication skills.
