Essential Job Duties:
This position is responsible for the following: Providing data, information, and support to our engineering staff; input, maintain, QC, extract, manipulate, and analyze production surveillance data; recognize variations/deviations/opportunities from the data; create and utilize spreadsheets and databases, screening and analyzing data, generating plots and maps, and the use of other analytical tools.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of an associates degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics.
Proficient with Microsoft applications, including Access.
Strong time management skills plus the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Effective team player who can work with minimum supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skill set.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
5 yrs of work experience with a basic understanding of oilfield operations and reservoir surveillance.
Knowledge and use of routine Oxy applications, such as OpenWells and DSS.
