My well-established client, who encourages its employees to grow both personally and professionally, is recruiting for an Administrative Clerk to support the Warehouse and Accounting department in a data entry capacity!
This is what you will have to be considered for this role:
- 2 or more years of experience in an office position (specifically data entry)
- Intermediate level data entry proficiency
- A proven stable and reliable work history
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Mature, self-motivated and confident manner
- Advanced organizational skills
- Easygoing and flexible attitude
Some of your specific responsibilities will include data entry of accounts payable invoices, time cards and monthly reports, issuing purchase orders and filing. There is continuous learning in this role and your tasks will grow over time.
The pay range is $17-$18 per hour. Benefits, including a pension plan and 2 weeks' vacation, are offered after 3 months!
To be considered for the position, you must have the above requirements and have daily access to a vehicle.
