Reporting to the Vice President, Resource Management, this position will be responsible for all of the geological and seismic work required within the Company. Under existing and future projects, the understanding and interpretation of resources available for development will be a critical requirement for this person. Also, the preparation of exploration programs to discover new commercial projects will be an important facet of this role.
Interested applicants must be professional geologists with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. Past geologic experience in heavy oil and bitumen deposits will be a primary consideration for the position.
