[Company] is a premier, Bakken-focused, light oil exploration and production company targeting resource plays that offer growth and high netbacks. Our current opportunity inventory combines significant, high-growth, long-life Bakken reserves and production with legacy southeast Saskatchewan conventional light oil assets which provide high netbacks and a low production decline profile. In addition, [Company] has significant future development opportunities in the Horn River and Montney gas resource plays in northeast British Columbia that will add long term value and production growth to [Company]’s attractive light oil position. [Company]’s large undeveloped land position provides a significant platform for future growth.
You are an innovative individual who will lead a busy team in the execution of the Corporations drilling program with planned activity of 12 plus rigs. An Engineer or CET with 15 plus years of drilling related experience, you have a strong knowledge base and experience in horizontal drilling techniques. You are a proven leader who has demonstrated the ability to lead a diverse team and to collaborate effectively with your peers. Experience in SE Saskatchewan and NE BC will be considered an asset.
