Job Description:
Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, perform and/or conduct repairs, schedule preventative maintenance to maintain a variety of Cameron Flow Control Products.
Advise customers on repair and replacement options and costs of standard products.
Evaluate, repair, test, and maintain products at customer sites or company service centers.
Be a liaison between company sales, production, and engineering personnel and customers on product and product installation issues including, but not limited to, job procedures, spare parts, fit and function.
Document all work performed in the Field / Shop include data in an orderly fashion.
Explain shop/field repairs completed to the Customer, and how these issues can be prevented from re-occurring.
Maintain required spare parts stock in shop, supplies and tools required to perform jobs.
Participate in weekly/monthly meetings to communicate equipment status/issues, solutions, customer’s problems with management
Maintain Cameron property including office, Computer, Service truck, cell phone, tools, pumps, gauges and safety records.

One that is responsive to the customer’s needs. Listens to the customer, evaluates the problem, and provides confidence to the customer that their needs will be taken care of.
Must be able to sell service to customer. Follow up Sales calls are necessary to validate customer satisfaction with job performed.
Must project a positive image.
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 – 5 years field or shop service experience.
Computer literate and ability to write reports.
Knowledge of handling tools and test instruments.
Able to work hard, willingness to learn, multi-task, demonstrate initiative, handle and solve new challenges.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments.
Customer service oriented, punctual, reliable and a positive attitude.
Travel to and from customers site(s) as required.
Valid driver’s license with clear driving record.
