The successful individual will be an accomplished leader in accounting complete with a designation (or nearing completion) and be able to mentor and coach a team in achieving the business plan set out. Because you have 3-5 years of corporate accounting and supervisory experience and are able to coach and mentor a team, you will already have a good base to be successful as Manager. Your proficiency in preparing and strategizing financial information will allow you to make knowledgeable business decisions and ensure controls are maintained.
