As a Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will be to identify and develop long term strategic relationships focused within the Oil and Gas sector.  You have the ability to leverage your vast list of current contacts into sales contracts along with a solid understanding of the corporate cultures and processes within the Oil and Gas sector.
 
You bring with you a proven history of:
  • A minimum of 10 years outside sales experience with 5 years sales management,
  • Successful sales and relationship building practices within the Oil and Gas sector, or industrial, 
  • Strong negotiating, presentations, and communication and listening skills, at the highest levels,
  • Exceptional professional sales abilities from prospecting phase to strong closing techniques and practices, with a proven track record of increased market share development,
  • Ability to identify, develop and enhance strategies and systems for long term, strategic alliances,
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time with occasional overnight trips- chase the business and go wherever the decision makers are, 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
