Role synopsis
Ensure implementation of [Company] Georgia Compliance & Ethics Program through enhancing the procedural framework and enforcing compliance of current practices and processes consistent with[Company] ’s Code of Conduct. Lead internal investigations and process reviews related to Code of Conduct compliance. Participate in the [Company] Georgia Supplier Audit Program.
Key accountabilities
• Deliver [Company] Georgia Compliance & Ethics Program
• Deliver Anti-bribery and Corruption Compliance Plan
• Conduct internal investigations related to Code of Conduct compliance
• Be a focal point for internal control related issues, as well as for external audits and reviews
• Review existing policies and procedures to assess compliance with current [Company] processes
• Participate in the development and implementation of the Georgia Supplier Audit Program
• Deliver [Company] Code of Conduct training and awareness sessions for company staff and contractors
• Collaborate closely with the Georgia Leadership Team, Finance, Supply Chain and any other department in auditing or investigation process
Essential criteria & qualifications
• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Law
• Minimum total of 10 years work experience in the areas of control, finance, audit, law, corporate governance or/and supply/purchasing (in private or public companies)
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Excellent English language skills
• Georgian citizenship

• A demonstrated impartiality and fairness in conducting investigations
• Participated in Financial Audit
• Able to work under stressful and difficult situations
