Job Description:
Our client, a well established and growing long term service provider in the Alberta oilfield sector, is seeking a HSE Director based out of its Edmonton office.
The company places tremendous importance on the safety of its employees and that of its customers, which is evidenced by its record of zero lost-time incidents. This exciting position will report directly to the President, and will involve overseeing the entire HSE area for the organization, travelling to the company's sites across Canada to conduct safety inspections, reviewing policies, making recommendations, conducting safety training for staff across Canada.
This is a new position for this growing company.
Requirements:
Senior level experience in either pipelines, refineries, storage tanks - conducting inspections and initiating best practice processes. Proactive, respectful, firm. Experience with COR, to enable the company to complete COR certification.
An attractive six figure salary with a generous bonus structure, along with full benefits and a vehicle will be offered to the successful incumbent
